Editorial Review:
Product Description: After enduring trials that would have crushed any other soul, Goku is now faced with the most important journey of his life. The Dragon Balls have been scattered to the ends of creation! The universe is dense with danger and the Saiyan hero must plunge head first into the peril, for if the seven magic relics of Shenron are not gathered within a year s time, Earth will meet with final catastrophe. Alongside his friends, Pan and Trunks, Goku will struggle against the most formidable evils yet, be they savage beast with the power to crumble mountains, false gods intent on sacrificing those who believe, or cruel manipulators of science who seek to strip the good of all power. The countdown to oblivion has begun... And before the clock strikes eternal midnight, the most incredible menace to ever threaten existence will rise!

Just like the previous review, I will be making it about the set - and NOT THE SERIES! For starters, anyone who likes the series in general, this is a great and cheap way to see all the episodes! I got mine at Wal-Mart for only $29.96! FUNimation has been dropping prices lately, and let me tell you, it's a bargain! If you do the math, each episode is a little less than one dollar. Moving on, some of my favorite things about this box set is that the episodes have opening credits (it's just really ... Read More

Unlike most of the people giving this a bad rap, I actually own the product in question. This is not just some kid howling because they hate DBGT since it's not as OMFG H4RDC0R3!!!1ONE!!!... THREE MONTHS BEFORE IT'S EVEN ON SHELVES. Come on.
The box itself is the same as the DBZ sets, although it is a few millimeters longer vertically, so it doesn't sit flush with the DBZ sets on a shelf. The booklet inside has some character biographies and short episode summaries. There is no ... Read More

Ok I'll admit i have never seen Dragonball GT. So of course I'm excited that they are re-releasing it. I keep reading how bad it is because its so different from Dragonball Z. Truth is, if it was like Dragonball Z, everyone would say it was bad because they didn't change anything. Good, bad or indifferent I will enjoy having it for my collection. The real question is are they going to re-release the lost episodes of GT as well?

Ok, I'm an anime fan at heart. I recently bought my 92nd anime show and am still going on... Dragonball GT was the first anime I've collected. When i heard about the actual dvd coming out remastered and in a Season box set, I got really excited and expected lots; especially since I've really LOVED the Dragonball Z Season sets (GO ANDROIDS!!) But anyways, for some strange reason, my best buy likes to put things on shelf a week before they are REALLY supposed to be released. Knowing this, I hopped ... Read More

I know the Season isn't out yet but I got some connections and was able to get it.
The DVD contains all of the following like the usualy Dragonball Remastered :
* 32 Episodes
* Remastered
* 3 Audio Tracks (English 5.1 Sourround, English Fun Animation, Original Jap)
* Special Features
The only thing I found wrong with this DVD is it's in Fullscreen not Widescreen. If your like me and want widescreen or have a LCD HD tv, you'll not be very happy. ... Read More
