I thought I was getting a great deal. And I did, at $150 or so for an HD camcorder. And man, this thing is small. This DXG 566 takes decent video and I really like that it is at a high resolution. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it's good. To test it out, I went to a race at NJ Motorsports Park. I stood in the grass about 40 yards from the cars and it went well. For the money this is an increadable camera. My only complaint is the zoom or should I say lack of zoom.. A 2x zoom doesn't cut it. If you don't need the zoom you can't go wrong with this camera.

When I read a review of this little gem in MacLife, it seemed too good to be true. A very low cost HD video camera. Well, I took a chance and bought it, knowing nothing about video cameras.
