I started these vitamins a little less than 4 months ago,I'll need to order a new bottle after next week. After 15 days I noticed my nails were growing A LOT faster. They are a bit stronger but nothing to be amazed about. If a nail breaks it grows back in a few days. About a month and a half in I noticed that my eyelashes had grown longer, they haven't gotten any thicker though. I started taking these supplements three weeks ago to try to strengthen my weak, fine, thin hair. So far I haven't seen much change on my head, with the exception of a bunch of new baby hairs around my hair line in the front. The package says it takes about four months to see full results, so I have hope that the hair growth will continue!

I was skeptical to spend so much money on vitamins, but these really work!
My hair has grown an inch in the month I have been using them, which is twice the normal amount it usually grows. If you're looking to speed up the hair growing process, these are it.
