A mate of mine turned me on to the Dropkick Murphys and I have never turned them off. Their mixture of classic celtic sound with punk overtones is great listening.

Dropkick Murphys are far and away my favorite band at the moment, and Do or Die is great. I particularly like Boys on the Docks (Murphys' Pub Version), it makes me want to go hang out in a rowdy bar and make friends with everyone there. Buy this album!

Perhaps the best they have to offer...an earlier album, but one that stands up to the test of time. Still relevant, important and genre defining. Buy it.

Even if they'd never made another album, the Dropkick Murphys' reputation would be secure. Viewed through the prism of a decade since its release, "Do or Die" is still a great album.
